Most yarn is wound to order. Allow up to 2 working days for winding and preparation before dispatch; delivery time depends on your region.↗
Return policy
Yarn wound to your chosen weight is a custom product and can’t be returned if you change your mind. If anything arrives damaged or incorrect, we’ll replace or refund it under the Consumer Rights Act. ↗
