Depending on the complexity of your order, it usually takes us 1 to 2 business days to wind, measure, and pack your items. Once ready, we aim to dispatch your parcel on the same working day or the next working day.
For UK orders, delivery usually takes up to 2 working days from dispatch, although timing may occasionally vary depending on the carrier.
For international orders, delivery times vary more significantly by destination and local postal services. At checkout, we aim to provide the clearest and most transparent delivery estimate available for your order.
