Returns and Refunds
Yarn Atelier prepares every order to specification, including winding to the exact gram. Because these items are custom prepared, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for any products purchased by weight.

If we make an error, we fix it. That includes incorrect items, incorrect winding, or goods that arrive damaged. Contact us immediately at support@yarnatelier.com with your order number and clear photographs so we can assess the issue and resolve it.

Eligibility for Review
We will review and address the following:
• Items sent in error
• Items damaged in transit
• Manufacturing defects that materially affect use

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for:
• Changes of mind
• Colour perception differences across screens or lighting
• Any item purchased by the gram
• Custom orders

All yarn is pictured using our standardised method. Additional lighting photographs can be provided on request before purchase, not after.

Process
If your request is approved, we will provide next steps and, where applicable, a prepaid return label for the incorrect or damaged item. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
