To pass maximum savings on to you, bulk orders are supplied strictly as raw, untouched mill cones—meaning no individual ball-winding, splitting, or custom retail packaging.

The Wholesale Terms (The Fine Print)

Before reaching out, please note our structural terms for bulk purchasing:

• Shipping & Territories: This wholesale pricing is exclusively available for orders shipping within the UK. We may consider shipping to other international territories on a case-by-case basis, strictly depending on the logistical feasibility and the total cost implications for us.
• Samples: If you would like to test the yarn before committing to a full volume order, we can provide samples upon receipt of a £100 deposit. This deposit is strictly non-refundable and carries a 1-month expiration from the date paid, by which time it must be redeemed against your bulk order. Contact us directly to arrange this.
• Complete Cones Only: Yarn is sold strictly on the original mill cones as they sit on our shelves. Cones vary in weight (typically between 0.5kg and 1.5kg). We cannot break, shave down, or wind cones for bulk orders.
• VAT Information: We are not currently registered for VAT. Therefore, we do not charge VAT, and no VAT can be deducted or reclaimed from your order. The price quoted is the final net price. These terms will be updated accordingly once we register for VAT.
• Final Sale: As per our standard company policy, we do not offer change-of-mind returns under any circumstances. All bulk purchases are strictly final sale.
• Policy Discretion: These terms and discounts are subject to change at our discretion. However, we will always honor the exact terms and pricing that were active on this page at the time your initial contact was made.

How to Place Your Order

Because raw mill cones vary in weight, we calculate every bulk order dynamically to ensure you only pay for the exact weight of the yarn you receive.

2. Tell Us Your Needs: Let us know the yarn composition, colors, and approximate quantities you are looking for.
3. Stock Verification: We will physically pull the closest matching complete cones from our shelves, weigh them, and send you a photo/breakdown of the exact weights available.
4. Secure Payment: Once you reply to confirm the batch, we will send you a direct, secure payment link. Quotes and inventory are held for 24 hours.
